Facilities for hire

Facilities in Morlan can be booked by contacting the Administrator. Here is a list of the available facilities. Pricers to be agreed at time of booking with the manager of the Morlan.

Lounge

This room can be used for meetings of about 25 people and as a Committee Room. The room is furnished with chairs, tables, etc., as appropriate.

Committee Room

Suitable for a committee of 10-12 persons and furnished with a table and chairs. It can also be used for small meetings.

Hall

A multi-purpose hall which is suitable for small concerts and various kinds of performances including drama and film, and which can also be used as a Conference Hall. There will be a moveable stage, up-to-date lighting and sound equipment and a piano, as well as a data projector, computers, etc. There will be room for an audience of about 250. There are changing rooms, including shower and toilets. There are also toilets for the public, including a toilet for the disabled and a baby-changing room. It will be possible to divide up the hall to provide a space for 100 or fewer people.

Coffee Bar

Suitable for about 25 people - this room may occasionally be used as an informal meeting room. Basic catering facilities will be available.

Car Park

There will be parking space for about 20 cars - the fee for using the car park is included in the above prices. For use of the car park at other times, please contact the office.
